The Central Green connects all portions of the development and will be built in phases. At full buildout it will include over 2 miles of paved trails that interconnect with sidewalks throughout the community in residential and commercial areas of the community. There is also a below grade pedestrian crossing under WC Mainstreet. At full buildout there will be over 12 miles of sidewalks throughout the community. At full buildout there will be a total of over 14 miles of sidewalks and trails.

A total of six crosswalks will be located at the front of The Aire with flasher beacons. Four will be situated at one roundabout, with the remaining two at another. Each crosswalk will be equipped with a flasher beacon, allowing pedestrians to activate a button mounted on a double-sided crosswalk sign. Once activated, the beacon will flash to alert approaching drivers to stop, ensuring pedestrians can cross safely.
