Meg joined HHHunt Communities in 2014 as a Community Coordinator for Genesis Community Management (GCM). Her current role includes oversight of operations for GCM and systems for Land Development. These systems and operations include community management, architectural review, association document development, builder relations, amenity planning, common area turnover, owner databases, project management and software usage.
In 2019, Meg earned her PCAM (Professional Community Association Manager) designation, which is the highest professional recognition available nationwide to those specializing in community association management.
Meg graduated from the College of William and Mary with a Bachelors of Business Administration and holds Change Management and Project Management graduate certifications. She chairs the Public Relations Committee for the Central Virginia Chapter, Community Associations Institute and also serves on the Virginia Regional Livable Communities Council for Urban Land Institute. In her spare time, Meg enjoys outdoor activities including gardening and walking with her family and dog, Daisy.
