White Hall • Community Overview

HHHunt Communities, developer of the award-winning communities of Wyndham, Wellesley, Twin Hickory, Charter Colony, River Mill and Rutland in Richmond, VA, proudly announces the planned addition to its award-winning White Hall community in Toano, Va. HHHunt Communities started development on the existing White Hall community in 2007, and has submitted a zoning application for land south of the community.

For over four decades, our goal has been to enrich the areas where we develop and build. We are proud to work with the landowner to bring his vision for the land to life and envision providing more places for people to call home. This is an intentional plan that aligns with the James City County comprehensive plan and the current demand for housing in the area.
