White Hall was started in 2007 by HHHunt with a vision of creating a premier neighborhood in Toano, VA. The last of the 494 homes were finished a few years ago but HHHunt is now working to expand the community on the property that is south of White Hall. A zoning application has been submitted to James City County and a Planning Commission meeting is expected soon.
