As an engaged community partner, HHHunt has recently partnered with the YMCA of Greater Richmond in the sale and rezoning of two parcels of land adjacent to the Chickahominy Family YMCA. On October 15, 2021, HHHunt filed a zoning case requesting the rezoning of approximately 23 acres of that property, located at the intersection of Whiteside Road and E. Williamsburg Road, to change its zoning classification from A1/R-3 to RTHC.
After rezoning of the property, HHHunt will be pleased to offer up to 125 brand-new, low-maintenance, luxury living townhomes in Henrico County’s east end. In addition to these new homes, the community will offer residents a nature trail meandering throughout the property and will be within walking distance of the Chickahominy Family YMCA and Henrico County’s newest park, Taylor Farm Park. This proposed new community is conveniently located near the interchange of Rt. 60 (E Williamsburg Rd) and Whiteside Rd. with easy access to major highways including I-64 and I-295.
As this is an active zoning case, all plans are subject to change as the case evolves. Stay tuned to this website for updates as we move through the process.
