Project Overview - Kinwick by HHHunt
On September 3, 2021, HHHunt, filed a zoning case requesting the rezoning of approximately 21.7 acres located at the intersection of Hopkins and Warwick Roads. This rezoning would change the property use from R-4 to R-6 to offer brand-new townhomes and single-family homes.

The plan for this new community includes up to 140 homesites with sidewalks and a community park for spending time with nature.
