Mosaic at West Creek, our first 55 plus community in Goochland County, Virginia, has turned into a tremendous success since opening earlier this year. We are blown away by the excitement this one-of-a-kind community has generated. We’ve gotten several questions from prospective homeowners about the community and want to provide you with an update on Mosaic at West Creek.
New Home Sites Coming in 2021
HHHunt Homes of Richmond currently has over 25 townhome sites available. These seven distinct plans are thoughtfully designed to provide the best in low-maintenance living with first-floor owner’s suites, gourmet kitchens and entertaining areas, two-car garages, and covered patios or screened porches. Plans range from 1,916-2,310 square feet and start from the mid-$300s.
New single-family home sites from StyleCraft Homes and Schell Brothers will be arriving in February 2021. Additional single-family home sites will be coming online in the third quarter of 2021 so stay tuned! For updates on homesite availability, please be sure to sign up for our Interest List.
Amenities
The Conservatory at Mosaic opened earlier this year to much fanfare. This gorgeous space includes a parterre garden with seating, entry archways and flower gardens. Inspired by 17th century French baroque gardens, this area provides a peaceful setting for relaxing, reading or just enjoying the ornamental flowers and greenery. The Conservatory also features outdoor social patios, grills, a fire pit and an indoor kitchenette for entertaining.
A Mosaic Dog Park is planned to open early next year. Additionally, construction on the Connexion at Mosaic, the clubhouse and amenity center, will begin next year with a planned opening in 2022. We have opened several walking trails and will continue opening new trails throughout 2021.
Road Connections
The remaining roads in Mosaic at West Creek will be paved later this year or early next year. By May, you will be able to drive through the entire community from Tuckahoe Creek Parkway to Broad Branch Drive.
