The Conservatory At Mosaic At West Creek Is Making Progress

In planning Mosaic at West Creek, prospective homeowners requested a beautiful space for quiet contemplation and reflection. You spoke and we listened. The Conservatory will feature a gorgeous parterre garden with seating, entry archways and flower gardens. Inspired by 17^th century French baroque gardens, this area will provide homeowners a peaceful setting where they can relax, read or just enjoy the ornamental flowers and greenery. The garden will be connected to a multi-purpose lawn with a trellis swing and seating areas – the perfect spot to relax on a warm evening.

Social Patio

The social patio at the Conservatory will become the hot spot for planned homeowner events. With a covered patio and outdoor kitchen, as well as grilling stations, the social patio is designed to connect seamlessly to the outdoors and the beautiful, natural surroundings. Homeowners will love this area built for creating new friendships among neighbors for generations. Planned social events at our social patio include cooking demonstrations, wine tastings, outdoor dances and more.
