Here are some of our favorite memories from this past summer:
- Food Truck Fridays: Food trucks have become a favorite among homeowners, so we stepped it up this year with our Food Truck Fridays. These casual get-togethers brought food trucks from all across the Greater Richmond area to our communities, including Carytown Burgers & Fries, Boka Fusion Tacos, and more! There really is no better way to spend a Friday than enjoying a delicious bite from some of the best food trucks around.
- National Night Out: We pride ourselves on developing strong relationships with the first responders in our communities. Their courage and strength ensure that our communities are safe, welcoming environments for our homeowners. Every August, we honor our local first responders as part of our National Night Out events. National Night Out enhances the relationship between neighbors and law enforcement, while bringing back a true sense of community.
- The Pool is Open: Who doesn’t love going to the pool? Our pools provide a great place for friends and families to gather and enjoy each other’s company. Homeowners love the family-friendly, planned events around the pool, including float nights, swim challenges and outdoor concerts. There is no better way to cool off on a hot summer day than with a dip in the pool.
