With the celebration of the Memorial Day weekend, end of the school year, and the return of hot and humid temperatures, it’s time for summer fun! Luckily, many of our beautiful master-planned communities include community pools, such as Charter Colony in Chesterfield County and Rutland in Hanover County. These community pools offer fun places to relax and escape the heat. They also are great gathering places for community events and parties.
Our homeowners love the pools and it’s just part of what makes our communities so special. However, there are important rules to follow at the pool to make sure everyone has a safe and fun summer. It’s important to follow the posted rules in the pool area and instructions from lifeguards.
Pool hours vary and there are some special days when the pools will stay open late for special events or swim nights so make sure to check your community newsletter so you won’t miss out on these special activities. Also, we love it when our homeowners share the pools with guests, but remember to check the guest policies and pick up guest cards from the Charter Colony and Rutland Foundations. Most of all, have fun this summer!
