Rutland Honored Best New Community for FamiliesRutland has done it again! We’re proud to announce that Rutland in Hanover County was recently honored as the Best New Community for Families in Richmond Magazine’s annual ranking! The award-winning community was also named One of the Best New Neighborhoods in Which to Buy a Home. Both of these awards are an impressive accomplishment and a testament to HHHunt Communities’ commitment of creating meaningful experiences and places of great distinction. After all, it’s how you live that matters. Thank you to all who voted!

Check out the wonderful words that Richmond Magazine had to say about Rutland:

“With walking paths, a pool, clubhouse and playground – and highlight rated schools – Rutland is a virtual suburban utopia. One thing that sets it apart is its clubhouse, a home that was used during the Civil War as a headquarters for Confederate General J.E.B. Stuart. “We renovated and relocated the Rutland House,” says Summer Baker, marketing manager at HHHunt. “We offer distinct home choices that complement the community’s history.”

Rutland Honored Best New Community for FamiliesSituated on more than 200 acres, the community’s ideal and desirable location provides convenient access to top-rated schools in Hanover County, fabulous shopping, delicious dining, great entertainment, and much more. The community clubhouse and swimming pool are popular amenities as well. Plus, the Atlee Station Family YMCA is located in Rutland!

We want to thank all of the awesome Rutland homeowners and dedicated HHHunt team members who work so hard to make Rutland a great place to live, work, and play.
