Progress in our Rutland Grove community is continuing at a steady pace as nearly 40 homeowners have settled into their new homes. Both CraftMaster Homes and HHHunt Homes have started welcoming their first homeowners in Rutland Grove.
- CraftMaster Homes is offering seven distinct home plans including three with first floor owner’s suites. Their home plans start in the $380s and range from 2,200 – 3,000 square feet with 3 – 6 bedrooms. Floor plan features include lofts, walk-in closets, open first floors, designer kitchens, and more!
- HHHunt Homes of Richmond is offering six beautiful home plans including two with first floor owner’s suites. Home prices start from the mid-$300s and range from 3 – 4 bedrooms and 1,852 – 2,473 square feet of space. Plans include spacious designer kitchens with GE appliances, morning rooms or covered porches, two-car garages, walk-in closets and optional finished third floors.
Amenities
On-site amenities at Rutland Grove are well underway. The tot lot with play equipment for kids is open and work has begun on the pier/gazebo next to the fishing pond with expected completion next month. Later this spring, we will be starting construction on the walking trails surrounding the community.
That is not all. Rutland Grove homeowners have access to all the amenities in Rutland including the community clubhouse (The Rutland House), swimming pool, playground area and walking paths. Residents will be members of the Rutland Homeowner’s Association and will enjoy planned social activities and award-winning events such as Food Truck Fridays, National Night Out and Cookies with Santa!
