As 2015 comes to a close this week, we wanted to take a look back at some of the highlights from this past year. It’s been an exciting year for HHHunt Communities! We’re so incredibly thankful for all of the amazing people who make our communities places of great distinction and helped us live our vision of improving the world and how you live. Check out some of our favorite moments from this past year!
- White Hall Amenities Grand Opening: Our beautiful White Hall community near
Williamsburg unveiled their new set of green spaces and amenities, including a zero-entry pool with water features, a community center, a playground, and multi-use courts all centered around a clubhouse renovated from an early 1800s farmhouse. White Hall’s idyllic setting and convenient location make it a perfect place to call home and create lasting memories!
- Twin Hickory and Rutland Awards: Over the summer, both Twin Hickory and Rutland were honored with a total of five awards in Richmond Magazine’s “The Best” Awards! This is yet another example of HHHunt Communities’ commitment of creating meaningful experiences and places of great distinction! Our Twin Hickory community won Best Family-Friendly Neighborhood in Henrico and Best New-Home Community in Henrico. Our Rutland community won Best Family-Friendly Neighborhood in Hanover, Best New-Home Community in Hanover, and Best Neighborhood for First-Time Homebuyers in Hanover. What a great accomplishment!
- Holloway Expands in Richmond’s West End: Due to popular demand, our Holloway at Wyndham Forest community continues to grow! The new expansion includes 46 new home sites, and we couldn’t be more pleased to have even more amazing homeowners living in this beautifully designed community. The semi-custom single-family homes showcase exquisite architecture, designer touches, elegant bath features, and much more. In addition, Holloway completed their two model homes from HHHunt Homes and LifeStyle Home Builders, which were both featured in the 2015 Richmond Parade of Homes! We’re very excited to see what 2016 holds for this stunning area.
