Open House and Family Fun at Providence

Family Fun at ProvidenceFall is here and it’s time to celebrate the beginning of pumpkin season, sweater weather and more with HHHunt Communities! Please join us for a free Fall Celebration at Providence, our newest master-planned community in Ashland. We invite you to Providence on October 19th from 3-5pm for some Autumn fun and to experience this fabulous community. We’ll be serving cookies and cider and will have pumpkin decorating stations. Come spend the day with us!

This community event is a great opportunity to visit and tour Providence’s beautiful green spaces and stunning homes. Built by HHHunt Homes and Ryan Homes, the single-family homes in Providence start in the $250’s and boast lots of special details. Providence also has a number of green features, including walking trails throughout the community. Homeowners and their families can enjoy the two playgrounds and community park, including a water feature and pavilion. Located close to I-95, Providence is just minutes away from shopping, restaurants, employment and more. Plus, it’s located in a top-ranked Hanover County school district.

Experience the HHHunt lifestyle at our Providence community! Given the community’s convenient location and extensive amenities, it’s no wonder homeowners love it. Richard Rivera and Sabrina Ussery enjoy living in their Providence home and love the “community feel” of the neighborhood. “We recently moved to Providence and already feel welcomed by everyone,” they said. “It helps that there are so many neighborhood events for us to attend and we tend to meet a new neighbor at each event we go to. It’s great that the Providence community is so involved and that’s one reason why we love living here.”

We hope that you can join us on October 19th at Providence. The event will occur at 13340 Folly Trail Place, Ashland, VA 23005. Our Fall Celebration is open to the public and we hope to see you there!
