The sun was shining and the cool fall breeze felt perfect as we walked along new trails that connected the pavilion, playground, and firepit with the most recent set of community amenities in Providence! Saturday was an ideal day to officially unveil the new amenities in this popular and growing neighborhood in Hanover County.
Joined by neighbors and friends, the day began with the unveiling of Providence’s new Little Free Library. Chartered and maintained by Masim, a seventh grader who lives in the community with his family, this library offers free books and was inspired by Masim’s love for reading. Located next to the community pavilion and park, the Little Free Library is sure to become one of the most visited spots in Providence.
Shortly after the Little Free Library unveiling, neighbors gathered at the sport court and amphitheater to celebrate the completion of these latest amenities in Providence. In addition to the sports court and amphitheater, the community also added new walking trails that connect the new amenities to the pavilion, fire pit and open space, located in the heart of the community. These amenities highlight HHHunt Communities’ commitment to active lifestyles. They’re great examples of open spaces and green features that are increasingly popular as homeowners want to spend more time outside enjoying their natural surroundings.
To celebrate the new amenities, Saturday’s events also included a sports court demonstration by the Hanover YMCA, balloon twisting, costume contest and parade, food truck, bounce house, photo booth, DJ, and a twilight movie screening in the new amphitheater! We believe it’s how you live that matters and spending quality time with friends and neighbors is important. These new amenities offer wonderful spaces for neighbors to create lasting memories.
