The holidays are here and New Year’s is just around the corner so we wanted to take a moment to reflect on 2013. It’s been a great year and full of many blessings! We’ve seen a strong rebound in the housing market and launched multiple new communities, including Westin Estates in Henrico County and Providence in Hanover County. We’re delighted to see the positive reception for these new communities and to see our many existing communities continue to grow! This is great news for us and for our homeowners as they see strong growth and new families in their communities.
We’ve been honored to have our communities continue to be recognized for excellence. Charter Colony and Rutland were named Top 10 communities by Richmond Magazine earlier in the year. And, Rutland was recently named the area’s best mixed-use community by the Urban Land Institute’s Richmond chapter!
Our team also earned some much-deserved recognition for its innovative approach to customer service, which has led to the highest level of customer satisfaction in the industry, as rated by our homebuyers. That’s something we are truly proud of!
There were many more things that we could list here but what’s most important is that we take a moment to thank our wonderful homeowners and our dedicated HHHunt team.
