For the third-consecutive year, HHHunt has won the Builder Partnership Achievement Award for the highest level of customer satisfaction! The award was based on a third-party customer satisfaction survey in which HHHunt received a 93-percent referral score from residents. All three regions of the company’s homebuilding division – Hampton Roads, Richmond, and Raleigh received high marks for “willingness to refer” and customer enthusiasm.
In a recent article published in Professional Builder Magazine, Vice-Chairman/CEO Buck Hunt and President/COO Dan Schmitt discussed the company’s success which all comes down to providing excellent customer service.
