Charter Colony is located in Chesterfield County and among the most popular master-planned communities in the region. Charter Colony had more than 60 home sales in 2012. Its popularity is a testament to the community and homeowners. HHHunt created Charter Colony to reflect the small-town appeal and quaint nature of the village of Midlothian. This vision is reflected throughout the friendly and inviting community. In related news, HHHunt Homes has begun building homes in Ashton Village, the final single-family village in Charter Colony.

Rutland, nestled in the heart of Hanover County, is rich in history and beauty. Situated on more than 200 acres, Rutland has the best of both worlds: modern luxury and amenities combined with history and tranquility. The community has a prime location just off I-295 and minutes from downtown Richmond. Rutland had approximately 50 home sales in 2012 and has been very successful so far in 2013; new single-family sections are underway and sales have begun for Rutland Village, a new townhome neighborhood in the heart of the community.
