HHHunt Communities Offered Homeowners A Great Summer Of Lifestyle Events

One of the biggest differences between an HHHunt master-planned community and others is our commitment to world-class events for our homeowners. Through Genesis Community Management, our in-house community management team, and our partner Blue Star Resort & Golf at Mosaic at West Creek, our professionals work diligently to provide the “how you live” lifestyle that our homeowners expect and deserve. As summer comes to an end, we wanted to share some of our homeowner event highlights!

Grand Opening of the Connexion at Wescott

Wescott is all about creating connections between neighbors and within the community. That is why we we’re so excited about the opening of The Connexion at Wescott, our community clubhouse! This brand-new amenity center offers homeowners at Wescott a dynamic, multi-function space perfect for gathering or the work-from-home lifestyle. The Connexion features a community room, conference room, coffee bar, outdoor patio with grilling stations, and spacious phone booths that can be used as private offices or meeting spaces.

Homeowners and prospects were invited to stop by The Connexion to check out the space, pick up some Wescott Swag and enjoy beverages from a neighboring brewery, Steam Bell Beer Works. Food was provided by Eat Catering and Stefan Heuer entertained with awesome guitar and vocals! It was a great way for homeowners to socialize and kick off this awesome amenity.

Music in the Mill

Our River Mill community in Glen Allen is focused on an active, outdoor lifestyle. Featuring miles of walking trails, open spaces, a first-of-its-kind hammock garden, spacious clubhouse, pool and play areas, River Mill is all about enjoying the beauty of nature. This summer we kicked off a new concert series called Music in the Mill. This happy hour style event allowed homeowners to bring their favorite beverage and chair to Mill Square Park to relax on the lawn and listen to great local bands. The Acoustic Wheelhouse Band joined us in June with Strawberry Street food truck providing dinner. The Wayward Bills played for us in July with Arroz Food Truck serving some delicious Mexican food!

National Night Out

National Night Out is an important event in our communities that we enjoy celebrating annually. Rutland held their annual pool party to celebrate the occasion! Visitors from the Hanover County Sheriff’s department stopped by the pool to visit with homeowners and promote neighborhood unity, awareness, safety, and police-community partnerships. Kona Ice provided icy treats and Shakedown Eats provided dinner.

Juneteenth Celebration

The Rutland Foundation partnered with the Atlee Library for its first annual Juneteenth celebration. Local author, LaKesa Cox, visited the Atlee Library where homeowners listened to her speak about being an author and heard more about the meaning of Juneteenth. The Rutland Foundation provided free copies of Ms. Cox’s books to homeowners.

At HHHunt, we believe it’s how you live that matters. Providing amazing events for our homeowners in our master-planned communities to foster friendships and learning is just part of our culture.
