As we get closer to the holiday season and the temperatures start to drop, now is also a great time to start looking towards those winter months and preparing your home for colder temperatures.

1. Make sure your gutters are clear of leaves and other debris.

2. Be sure to turn off all exterior faucets for garden hoses and sprinklers.

3. Mulch leaves instead of raking them. They provide natural nourishment to lawns during the winter.

4. Stock up on winter essentials such as salt or ice melt in case of snow.

You can see a complete list of tips here. We hope that you find these helpful as the days start getting a little chillier.
