We have exciting news! The development of our Rutland Grove community has finished, and we celebrated this milestone with a ribbon-cutting ceremony two weeks ago. All the on-site amenities are now finished, and all lots have been turned over to our signature home building partners. Over 50 homeowners have already made Rutland Grove their home! HHHunt Homes of Richmond is offering seven beautiful home plans including two with first-floor owner’s suites. Home prices start from the mid-$400s and range from 3 – 5 bedrooms and 1,852 – 2,473 square feet of space. Plans include spacious designer kitchens with GE appliances, morning rooms or covered porches, two-car garages, walk-in closets and optional finished third floors.

On-site amenities at Rutland Grove are complete! The tot lot with play equipment for kids is open as well as our pier/gazebo next to the fishing pond. We have also completed construction on the walking trails surrounding the community.
That’s not all. Rutland Grove homeowners have access to all the amenities in Rutland including the community clubhouse (The Rutland House), swimming pool, playground area and walking paths. Residents will be members of the Rutland Homeowner’s Association and will enjoy planned social activities and award-winning events such as Food Truck Fridays, National Night Out and Cookies with Santa!
