As we mentioned in a blog post earlier this week, we love the Fourth of July! It’s a great time to get together with friends, family, and neighbors. The friendly and fun lifestyle at an HHHunt community makes it an ideal place to celebrate the holiday. Our open spaces are perfect for community gatherings and the distinctive homes and beautiful landscaping throughout our communities make for an incredible backdrop to any event.
In addition to all the amenities available to homeowners in our HHHunt communities, many communities have special plans for the Fourth of July. For example, in Charter Colony, the pool will open early on July 4th and be the center of the celebration! Our favorite DJ will entertain homeowners and their guests on the pool deck with fun contests, dances, and special requests. Brock’s Bar‘B’Que will cater the annual cookout and Cool Concessions will be on hand selling ice cream treats. This is one of the most popular events at Charter Colony and homeowners should register in advance.
In Rutland, the Fourth of July celebration starts early and will be held on Saturday, June 28th on the Rutland House Lawn. Our homeowners will enjoy a concert featuring the band Crush and lots of quality time with friends and neighbors. The Independence Day celebration also will include a pie eating contest, cupcake eating contest, bounce house, food truck, ice cream truck, and beer truck. Sure to be a great time, this event is always one of our residents’ favorites.
