HHHunt Communities: What type of homes do you build in the Richmond region?
Kevin McNulty: LifeStyle works with our clients to personalize their home to their own tastes. We have a wide variety of floor plan sizes, layouts and styles to suit the tastes, needs and preferences of most any home buyer. Our clients have the opportunity to bring their design ideas to life when they work with our professional interior designer in our dedicated Design Studio space, prior to construction.
HHHunt Communities: What are the most popular home features that buyers have requested this year?
Kevin McNulty: Convenience areas and items such as mud rooms, drop zones, key drops, USB outlets. Also, we are building a lot of homes with a first-floor guest suite.

Kevin McNulty: Both are located in the popular West End of Henrico County, and feed one of the most popular area schools – Deep Run. Holloway is conveniently located just off of Nuckols Road and I-295.
